Our Adjustment Policy:
Refunds are not issued for salon services. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your hair, we welcome you to return so we can make it right. If the original results discussed were not achieved, we’ll gladly provide an adjustment at no additional charge, if warranted—we want you to love your hair!
Please notify Evelyn Grace Salon within 5 days of your original service, and return to your original stylist, as they are familiar with the specific details of your visit.
She takes her time and gives a great amount of detail and effort into her cuts. She made sure I liked my layers around my face when I “put my hair in a pony” and made sure I was happy with it before I left. I’m always scared of people cutting my bangs and I took a chance and allowed her to, and she did an amazing job! Not to short and made sure they blended with my front layers! This salon is so cute and has a great water front view! If you’re thinking about trying Andrea out for a cut I would highly recommend it! Thanks so much!
